Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all sales made through Rug Room are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on purchased items. All products undergo strict quality control checks before dispatch, ensuring that you receive the best possible product.


Manufacturing Defects
We strive to deliver high-quality carpets and rugs to our customers. However, if you detect any manufacturing defects in the items you receive, kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to rugroomcarpet@gmail.com. Include photographs and a detailed description of the issue. Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

Damage During Transit
If the product is damaged during shipping, it is imperative to report the damage within 24 hours of receipt. Please retain all packaging materials, as they may be required during the claims process.

Logistical Costs for Returns
All logistical arrangements and expenses associated with returning the product to our facility will initially be borne by the customer. However, these costs will be fully reimbursed via your preferred payment method within 10 days following the successful inspection and approval of the return or replacement process.
